Celebrate Life Relay
Hey all,
Michelle and I are taking part in the "Celebrate Life" Relay.
The Relay is a run across Iowa, from Council Bluffs to Davenport, to raise awareness of organ donation.
Details:
- The Relay begins Friday, Apr. 16th in Council Bluffs and ends in Davenport on Sunday
- The relay is made up of 54 runners completing a portion of the route
- Michelle and I will run 1 of the 54 legs
- We start just west of Tiffin and finish downtown Tiffin, approximately 3 miles
- Our leg will probably start around 5:00am on Sunday Morning, depending how fast the rest of the relay is running

Paperless Eco-bill

I'm just waiting for them to mail me a letter explaining why they mailed me a bill. How do they mess that up? You're lucky you're the only option Mediacom!

Amana Freezer Run
A very cold and windy 5k in Amana w/ Justin and Jess. Thank God for the free Millstream Beer afterwards!
Snow shuffle winner!
Michelle and I ran the Snow Shuffle in Cedar Falls this morning and she won the female overall. For her effort, she won a snow shovel. A week too late if you ask me, jk. Michelle ran great!
Turkey Trot - Dubuque
This year I decided to head over to Dubuque to work up an appetite with a Turkey Trot. I figured the course was going to be hilly, but it was all up and down including a monster at the end. I was happy with 51:07 for 7.5 miles, but more impressed by the three "barefoot" guys who flew by me. Can't wait for my next hilly race.
